There are NO Upstairs Neighbors – No Downstairs Neighbors. The application fee is $75 per resident 18 years and older. If approved due at signing is, On Time Rent of $1400 + the performance fee of $1005.00 which includes a non-refundable one-time document prep fee of $395.
