It would take many movies to highlight all of the wonderful memories that have taken place in this home. The time has come for others to carry on that tradition of love and friendship. That feeling is impossible to describe but can be felt the moment you exit your car door and experience the serenity of the neighborhood. It’s not uncommon to see neighbors on walks with their dogs, friends, or family. It IS UNCOMMON though to see cars drive by the quiet street. Although this very well taken care of home has a brand new roof and can fairly easily be converted into a three-bedroom home, there are some things that the new owner may change. Still probably the best bang for your buck in Palmetto Bay. And don’t forget about the amazing school system. Even Amazon’s Jeff Bezos attended one of them!
