The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook meals and sit down on the long table that seats 8, along with sitting at the bar in the kitchen, and watch the beautiful ocean. Wi-fi and cable with 2 TVs, washer, and dryer, and all linens are there for your convenience. We have locked garage parking to protect your car, and the entire community is secured by a gate. The building has only 30 units making the condo quaint and small. Surrounding areas are not high rise condos, so the beach is not packed and you can relax. The beach is in a no-drive zone so you do not have to worry about cars with your little ones. The building is equipped with a seasonally heated pool, a sauna, exercise room, and a lighted tennis court.
